The breeds and steaks were carefully selected by Dalibor Gergeľ. We offer a selection of exceptional European, American, and Japanese breeds: USDA PRIME BLACK ANGUS, PIEMONTESE FASONA, SIMMENTAL, RUBIA GALLEGA, FRISONE, and the legendary WAGYU A5. Our steaks are dry-aged, on the bone, for 30 to 60 days directly in the DSTEAKHOUSE Dry Age box. Our butcher, Goran Hasanič, hand-cuts them fresh daily-only after you place order. We grill them over charcoal in a Josper grill at 350–400 °C.
